Liked: It's a gem in Toronto Dowtown, very good location near of all , just some blocks walking and you will be wherever you want. The staff are very kindfull and here I highlight the attendent Preet and the guy who cary the bags Mathew. The room was brand new and Big

Disliked: came there for nice stay and view paid extra but was not delivered i came to celebrate my birthday but the room i got had no view no tub even after paying extra and staff kept asking me to adjust big disappointed

Nice but too expensive

Exceptional

Really impressed by my stay...

Liked: Room was fantastic, good size and well maintained. Very comfortable for the price. I also enjoyed the little touches like using my phone as a TV remote, the ease of texting guest services, etc. Ordered room service dinner and it was great. Customer service was also really good. I stay in the city for work a lot and this will be becoming my new go to hotel.
Disliked: Nothing
