Liked: Beautiful decor throughout the hotel, really beautiful. We also loved how friendly the staff were, anything we needed they were happy to help.
Disliked: This is me being nit-picky, but I felt like you could hear other people really easily out in the hallways. I know hotels struggle with this in general.

Liked: It was our anniversary and the staff were so kind to offer us free drinks from the bar and make us feel special. The room was amazing, the bath and facilities were great and we had the best night sleep.
Disliked: Would be great to have Netflix on the TV

The perfect hotel

Liked: Super convenient location! It was only a few minutes walk to Liverpool Station. We really enjoyed the breakfast and staffs were super friendly and helpful! The bed was sooo comfy, very seldom that I had such a good sleep!!!All the restaurants around the hotel are very good. You don't need to go far to have an excellent dinner.
Disliked: The Gym had no windows!
