A great location and modern...

Liked: Central to Shoreditch and Liverpool Street station . Have stayed here before . I felt the staff worked exceptionally hard on customer service this year . I was a little surprised to be asked to add a tip to my final bill for the service but felt it was justified.

The rooms were amazing and...

Liked: The staff were very helpfull and the room design is great. Spotlessly clean.
Disliked: For some reason they did not have any teabags in stock. Also noticed after departure surcharge which was not mentioned when booking. Considering the high cost of the hotel, the surcharge was deducted from my card, despite the fact that nothing was used in the room. This will be disputed with the hotel.

amazing hotel great weekend

Liked: Very nice hotel room was great roof top bar was amazing and it's location is also really good had a great stay and great weekend, liked everything about the stay both myself and wife had a very nice time and all the staff that we had interactions with were very polite and helpful,
