Great hotel

Liked: It’s a great location / good standard hotel rooms / comfortable bed
Disliked: There was a big group of us 9 people all staying at the hotel & reception were not able to sort out a table reservation in the Seed bar, even when requested 6 weeks prior to our stay.

Nice location and decent room...

Liked: Rooms are spacious, good location.
Disliked: Staff were far from helpful… tried to charge us twice for a bottle of Prosecco that was waiting for us as a gift on arrival by a colleague. Then tried to charge us a circa £50 service charge as a tip for the staff! TV in bedroom did not work and key cards for using the lift/ entering your room often did not work.

We will definitely recommend this...

Liked: A lovely happy vibe . The room was a great size , almost a suite with seating and a table.Stocked with everything you might need and a few cheeky extras. Linen , pillows and mattress ensured a great nights sleep .
Disliked: Rooms just below the fabulous roof top bar , May experience a little noise
