Beautiful hotel. Super quiet but...

Liked: Location is excellent - 20 min walk from Liverpool st. And right in the heart of trendy Shoreditch. Lots of bars and restaurants. Room was very stylish and spotless. Staff were very friendly
Disliked: The towels were hard and rough and small in comparison to other hotels I have visited.

Was ok

Liked: Lovely clean hotel, great location. Staff very attentive
Disliked: Unfortunately we weren’t allowed on roof terrace or seed library due to being ticketed event Checked bags in early and was told we’d been upgraded to studio loft. When we arrived for our check in time, room wasn’t ready so wasn’t upgraded as originally planned Mini bar in rooms significantly overpriced
