A pleasant and quaint hotel with lots of Victorian decor. Close to all popular amenities. I would definitely recommend the hotel if you are looking to stay in Glasgow.

Liked: The Hotel building ...... lovely interior decor with grand staircases and stained class windows.Service and Breakfast very good.
Disliked: Room was the same Class/Standard as that booked by friends that I was travelling with. Friends paid a lot less for their room which also included Breakfast.Rooms were booked about the same time. Why did my room rate not include breakfast ??Breakfast was good and but cost 29gbp.

Liked: Fantastic stay with the most comfortable beds. Amazing staff and excellent bar.
Disliked: Very warm although able to turn down the thermostat in the bedroom.
