Liked: Good location and able to get around easily using the metro as stops are very close.
Disliked: The hotel was quite basic which is probably reflected in the price. Our room did not have a window. Breakfast was quite busy with queuing for the toaster and options limited.

Liked: Location was good - almost close to where I would like to goBreakfast - was good - we enjoyed itRoom - was clean except that it's kind of small for what I expected but doesn't bother me.
Disliked: Room - it's small from what I expected. the smallest room I have ever had on all my travels. I was expecting at least a superior queen room (that's what I booked) but i got a double room with basic amenities.

Disliked: The first room they gave us, has a big floor unevenness, but they changed the room when I tell them without any reply.

Great location, affordable and comfortable

Liked: The location was perfect close to el Zocalo 15 minute walk, 10 minute walk to Palacio de Bellas Artes. Close to parque de la Alameda. Many restaurant options near by
Disliked: The room was a bit small for our liking. We were expecting a little more space. The walls must have been a little thin as you could hear what was going on in the hallways.
