luxury in the heat of...

Liked: Its location is perfect and the Christmas decorations are always a treat. The cocktails are worth tasting a few as they are little miniature works of art
Disliked: I reserved a table for pre dinner cocktails but it was not available when we arrived so staff move us to the guest lounge which although nice was not what we had booked

Great ambiance, comfortable and welcoming,...

Liked: Massage was next level. Very good and with little extras like tea at the end. Personnel was fantastic. Very attentive and remembering you later. Room was nice and spacious. Beautiful Xmas decorations
Disliked: Reception is good but not at same level of excellence as the rest of personnel.

Liked: Beautiful design and decor, lovely Christmas decorations. Great gym and pool. Gluten and dairy free restaurant. Fantastic staff. Great location near Covent Gardens

A jolly time was had...

Liked: everything about this hotel is to like. The festive decorations in the Lobby Bar were spectacular. You will not get better service from any other hotel staff, they were all wonderful.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing comes to mind
