Excellent experience beautiful hotel very...

Liked: The service was outstanding from the reception concierge to the restaurant and bar staff. The hotel is very high quality and situated in the heart of theater land, ideal for a night stay and watch one of the great shows located literally a step outside. Had a great experience even got to see the newly installed Christmas decorations fantastic
Disliked: Not much overall a very nice hotel

Great hotel, stunning but very...

Liked: The hotel and facilities were beautiful and in a great location.
Disliked: The staff were lovely but was charged twice for my room (which was then refunded). Breakfast was a little disappointing. There was also a hidden room service charge. I wouldn’t have minded but it was hidden.

Lovely, elegant hotel in a...

Liked: Location is very central. The staff and service were excellent. We arrived early and were able to access our room straight away. The pool, steam room and changing facilities were very clean and provided useful products and equipment (Dyson hair dryers; ghd straighteners; Natura Bissé cleansers / toners; etc). The king bed and seating area in our room were very comfortable and the towels, linen and room generally were all of high quality. Lovely homemade chocolates were left in our room in the evening.
Disliked: We booked a Superior room and it was a bit "cosier" than we expected, although not uncomfortably so (especially for London).
