Disliked: The spa was very clean but some areas eg ceiling of the swimming pool needed a refresh However this is a minor point

Liked: Historic building with lovely renovation, great location, strong emphasis on fresh flowers, indoor pool
Disliked: Limited bar menu, pool was a bit chilly, the airplane-style suction toilet in one of our rooms failed one night and we had to change rooms

Liked: I have stayed in many hotels in London.. this beats them all, the room was fab the service even better

Liked: Lovely hotel, with really nice and professional szaff, beautiful furnitures, ver well equiped rooms, fantastic location and beautiful Christmas decorations.
Disliked: The dinner in Indigo restaurant wasn’t as excellent quality as the rest of the hotel. Ypu can also order dinner to your room from the hotel’s kitchen. We didn’t try that, but that one looked better with better and more options.
