Liked: everything about this hotel is to like. The festive decorations in the Lobby Bar were spectacular. You will not get better service from any other hotel staff, they were all wonderful.

Disliked: wrong luggage was put in our roomour phone did not work so needed maintenancethere was a column in the centre of the room at the end of the bed blocking viewfor cost of hotel room it was small for a family, no bath & also as a family room with a small child there was no bath.we got room service and the trolley could not even get into our room
