Lovely, clean, updated beach hotel...

Liked: Really cute hotel that is right on the beach. Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were wonderful… all super nice and helpful. Hotel was renovated a couple years ago and is being kept in very good condition. There are several restaurants within walking distance and it’s very easy to reach Portland within about 15-20 minutes. Highly recommend this hotel for a lovely stay in Old Orchard Beach.
Disliked: Everything was great. I can’t think of anything that was disappointing about this hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

I would stay again

Liked: I love the location. Very clean and quiet. Love the fridge that has a more full size freezer than most motels. Really appreciated that they got permission for grandson to use pool at Edgewater next door as their heater was broken.
Disliked: Not a fan of the VERY firm mattress. Bathroom is a little tight with the sink and cabinet so close to toilet.

Liked: Staff was very pleasant, rooms were spacious and clean, short walk from the pier but far enough away that the beach in front of the motel was less congested. We absolutely loved the warm pool.
Disliked: Parking was tough
