Beautiful hotel and interesting place to visit and see inside. It was minutes from the venue where we enjoyed a concert that night. There is a parking garage directly across the street where overnight parking was available for $13. Valet parking was $29 in comparison.

Liked: Roomy and clean room. Desk employees were friendly and informative.
Disliked: Room service prices were obnoxious as I should have expected, so there was no way I was going to order anything. You have to pay for WiFi too.

Disliked: Front desk staff were wonderful. The valet lacked patience & tolerance. Since he is the first person you encounter, you’d think he would be more personable. A speakeasy (in my opinion) shouldn’t actually be labeled a speakeasy w/ signs that say “speakeasy”. Seems contradictory. And should be staffed by people with great personalities. The bartenders were “fine” but would I go back to that speakeasy if I was not staying at the hotel? No.

Disliked: They kept charging my credit card and could not explain why all the extra charges were being charged. Over $500 worth of charges. They just said sorry but didn’t know why and for me to try and fix with my bank like it was my fault.

Liked: The hotel was beautiful. Love historic buildings.
Disliked: Nothing really. Not sure we got much from housekeeping and odd interactions with the person who checked us in. We asked for some waters and told there was some in the room. I kid you not, the water consisted of one styrofoam cup inside another and was half filled with water. I don’t know if someone left it there or that was the norm.

Liked: Absolutely beautiful hotel!! Smells so good as soon as you walk in.
Disliked: Room had some flaws!! Bathroom walls in need of attention. The ottomans at the bottom of the bed had some questionable spots on them that needs to be clean. On top of that our view outside sucked lol ..view of the building next to the hotel.
