Room and facilities were good. Very happy with our stay. Very close to everywhere we wanted to go.

Disliked: Nothing.

Loved the experience. Can't get over the parking expense. Won't stay there again for that reason alone.

Disliked: Construction was going on at the time of our stay, so the water was shut off to the hotel from 10pm to 6am. It was a little inconvenient, but that would not affect any future stays.

Liked: Very nice rooms for the cost. Excellent location. Friendly staff. At checkout, Mentioned TV not working and he comped us breakfast. Key card required for elevator, felt safe.
Disliked: TV in our room did not have any signal. Called front desk at 9:30 pm to try to fix but no one answered.

Liked: The hotel was amazing. The staff was extremely friendly. Tynisha at the front desk was amazing and beyond helpful. She made an amazing accommodation for me and my girlfriend’s anniversary which included a celebratory note specifically for us as well as a complimentary fudge cake in the fridge. Matt, the bellhop was an extreme help. He took all of our bags up to the room with my girlfriend while I parked my car. He unloaded everything and even put all of our drinks in the fridge for us.Katherine was a huge help as well. Overall the experience was beyond perfect overall. From the bite and the staff. To the surrounding area which was downtown. Would definitely recommend as well as come back
