Room and facilities were good. Very happy with our stay. Very close to everywhere we wanted to go.

Loved the experience. Can't get over the parking expense. Won't stay there again for that reason alone.

Liked: Check in was traumatic. The valet parking had one attendant at 4pm on Friday March 29, that was earliest checking time prior to a March madness game at 7. The result was cars lined up more than 10 deep on a downtown street. We sat in that line 45 minutes. People behind us were blowing horns and one female walking up to our car banged on the window telling us to get out of the road! We couldn’t move. Appropriate staffing could have prevented this fiasco. Otherwise, our tv would black out periodically for no reason without touching the remote. It would come back on in 3-5 minutes. Frustrating!

Liked: Hotel service is great, everyone is very nice and helpful. The hotel is very nice and clean. Restaurant service and food is great. Coffee shop has a variety of coffee and breakfast.
