It's a very nice place...

Liked: Beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff, nice bar and restaurant. Cable cars running right out front. They are doing everything right! Coffee in the room. Robes. Refrigerator. They even surprised us with champagne and strawberries upon finding out it was our anniversary weekend. Totally unexpected! Totally appreciated! Destiny at the front desk is the best! This is where I'm staying next time I'm in San Francisco!

Liked: Room was fine. I like the Omni SF it has an old SF feel to it. Rooms are clean and kept up.
Disliked: Nothing really the price is a bit high since the hotel was not crowded.

Liked: Liked · I was very happy with my stay and pleasantly surprised with the hotel. Large room, comfortable bad (not overly firm), GREAT shower, very nice staff
Disliked: Disliked · The window faced a very close, large office building that had bright lights on at all times of day even when it was empty. The curtains mostly blocked the light at night, but it was still annoying to open them and look directly into an office that would have bright lights on even at midnight. And the carpet could have been vacuumed better. There was also no mini-fridge in the room which I would have liked

Beautiful building with great staff!

Liked: Beautiful! Staff was great! Bar was comfortable and had a great chill vibe.
Disliked: The beds were hard and the pillows were too soft.
