Disliked: I could hear a loud niose from the bathroom when other people took a shower.

It was okay.

Liked: Restaurants in the hotel food was good and hotel was close to the zoo.
Disliked: I was not able to get my Military discount because I booked room on Booking.com not on the hotel website. Clerk even asked the manager while I stood there and watched, I checked in with my military ID but the manager said no. Why do you advertise on booking.com if all benefits are not available. Also the bathroom sink has a slow drain, we did report it.

Liked: The hotel is in downtown which is close to a lot of restraints but there’s a train that passes by and the general area is not that nice ! I think the Marriott at the marina has a much better location.We stayed here during the game day and after checking out I had to use the bathroom. So I went towards the bathroom in the lobby. This was around 1 pm. One of the staff members who was standing there stopped me and said this bathroom is for hotel guests only and i need a key. He was very very rude ! I told him I am a guest at the hotel but just checked out and don’t have a key but he refused to let me in and said we have closed our bathrooms and only those w a key can get it. This behavior is not what u expect at a nice fancy hotel …. I would’ve used the bathroom in my room if I had a key. Also he didn’t have to be that rude !!! That being said the front desk staff were super nice and got me a key! Also The young gentleman taking our luggage was super friendly.
Disliked: Had an awful experience w one of the staff members The location is not that great
