Disliked: Quality. The elevator felt like the tower of terror from Walt Disney world’s Hollywood studios.

Liked: The food and bar were ok
Disliked: The elevator had panels broken and missing inside. The hallways were filthy and stunk. The rooms weren't totally clean and reeked of smoke and dog. They acted as if it was normal. I was moved to another room, which was not satisfactory either. I was forced to stay because I couldn't get a refund to go to another hotel; however, the room was awful as well. When trying to take a shower, the handle and plate fell off, and when I tried to hang a towel on the rack in the shower, it fell down. I had to make sure that we kept on shoes or socks because the floors were dirty. The doors were hard to open and close. I've been traveling to New Orleans for a long time, and this is by far the worst ever. I can go on and on because it's more, but I will stop here.

Liked: The staff and the level of cleanliness. It smelled so good throughout the whole hotel.
Disliked: The water went out briefly for a few hours which was an inconvenience but was properly accommodated. I also didn’t like the no free parking during the time of stay except for Sunday.
