It’s wasn’t what we expected.

Liked: I liked the hotel lobby.
Disliked: The ac in our room didn’t work. We had to wait over an hour several times to get our car after calling ahead. We ordered breakfast and they forgot all the order. The staff complained how often we needed to get our car.

Could be a lot better.

Liked: clean, good bedding, nice staff
Disliked: I arrive at 11pm after long travel and zero soap. Never been to a hotel without soap, like my room wasn’t ready. Didn’t get soup for two days in which I stayed 4 nights. Unacceptable.

We loved our stay at...

Liked: The staff were friendly and attentive. We couldn't have been happier. Our Kudos especially go out to Ryan and Antonio in the restaurant, and Terry was wonderful helping us with our luggage.
Disliked: No negatives.

Disliked: The customer service was awful. They canceled you reservation late in the afternoon and we were left without accommodation for our trip

Disliked: I was terrible and rudely disrespected by one of your employees name Mr. Zack at valley parking he said it was not his job to help me with my luggage and just walked off after I was asking him a question about my car
