Older, but nice hotel with...

Liked: Nice size room. Comfortable. Nice grounds. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: $25/night for self parking.

It was really great and...

Liked: The free drink vouchers were a nice touch. I liked opting out of room service and providing a meal to someone in need by doing so. I liked the ease of checkout via text. And I liked the pool staff a lot. The lazy river was awesome and the pool temp and lazy river temp were perfect. Loved that I was able to get my own ice for the room and not call for a hotel staff member to get it for me. It was conveniently located. It too far from the pool area. The food was good at the pool and restaurant.
Disliked: These are not major issues, I’m not complaining overall! But since I’ve been asked, these are the the things that weren’t perfect… The water in the waterside area was very cold.There were no breakfast options on the pool menu.There were no swimsuits for sale in the pool gift shop, only over in the main building. There wasn’t an elevator (that I could find) to get my luggage upstairs to the second floor. I could have called for help, I just opted not to. Didn’t realize I’d need to climb stairs with suitcases.

Liked: Great location, easy access to restaurants and mall.Great resort experience, good room space, nice pool experience with safeguard. It’s a well-equipped resort with breathtaking surroundings.

Liked: Staff and managers answered questions and we got a great room we enjoyed during off season. Beautiful grounds.
Disliked: It's great! Could use more toddler sized lazy river float rings: only 4 left.

Nice property but need remodel...

Liked: Room services was very good.
Disliked: Rooms need to be remodeled and sound proofed - noisy upstairs guest waking me up at 2:00 a.m.
