Splashtopia is fun for the...

Liked: It was kid friendly so that helps a lot! Splashtopia is a total hit with our family. We were there for spring break and our server Cindy U. was absolutely exceptional!
Disliked: The price per night during spring break is a bit more than I had hoped.

Good food, servers and kid...

Liked: I liked the pool with the slides and lazy river for the kids. The room was large and clean and nice.
Disliked: The property was tired and things were in disrepair (broken cabana curtains, missing tile in public bathroom, damaged and worn spa patio furniture, screeching noise with air conditioner fire ups, extremely loud generator by cabana for misters). I had also asked for adjoining rooms near the pool for a mobility challenged 81 year old. They had us in a 2nd floor with no elevator far from the pool and we had to split up our family to get at least one room on the first floor.

We had a great weekend...

Liked: The pool area for the kids met and exceeded my kids expectations along with all the activities for the kids along the way. The resort was clean and the staff was friendly and super responsive. My daughter and I had breakfast and it might have been the best hotel/resort breakfast we've had in all our travels.

Disliked: Walls in the room are so thin you can hear everyhting from the room next door. Our neighbours were waking up at 6am and it was hard to go back to sleep after they wake up.
