The room was nice. Bathroom a bit small; elevators noisy but well worth it for the charm of the building if you like history.

Liked: It's antiquity and location.
Disliked: The cost of in room water.

Noisy

Liked: Construction going on above my room starting at 8:00. Jackhammer noise and I could hear metal particles falling into the vents above my room. At one point I thought the roof over my head was coming down!

Too small and tiny, not...

Liked: The location is great and the staff was nice and very helpful.
Disliked: The room was small, but the bathroom was extremely tiny, very uncomfortable. Once inside the bathroom, closing the door was ve ret challenging. We are slim people, and we couldn’t be both in the bathroom at the same time. Getting out of the bathroom was difficult with the door getting in the way. There was no room next to the sink (or anywhere else in the barhroom except for a small top shelf) for the toiletries or even the toothbrush.The room was old and carpeted, although the hotel is under renovation, maybe it will be changed.They are renovating the hotel and the noise was super loud from very early in the morning, while I understand that needs to be done, I would have appreciated a heads up.
