Liked: Super comfy bed. Nice hotel; bar was great on top floor.
Disliked: Location seems a bit sketchy if you turn the wrong corner. Other than that, nice hotel. They said there were Olu snacks available at the bar when in fact you could get burgers and nachos. Just need to change their language on that. Didn't have time to eat though before our show so can't speak to the food.

Liked: Ideal location, clean and comfortable
Disliked: I was a little disappointed that only two towels were in a room for 4 guest. When I called the front desk in morning, approximately 7:30, I was told it would be awhile as there was not staff to bring up towels. I explained that this was a problem as we had a 9:30 train to catch. Towels were brought to the room within 25 min. We paid extra for 4 guest, I feel the room should accommodating toiletries.

Overall, it was a nice...

Liked: I loved that it was easy to park. The hotel itself was nice and our room was really large and had great views of the Long Island Sound and the city of New Haven. It was also really close to the venue we were going to watch a concert. I also like that they gave us drink vouchers for being a "Select Guest" member.
Disliked: The hotel had a nice new fridge installed in the room which was great. The not so great part is, they didn't take the plastic wrap off of it or plug it in. The coffee maker was also unplugged. These wouldn't be a big deal if they were just sitting on the floor or on the desk but they were inside a large cabinet that was hard to work around. My husband would have plugged it all in but even he was thwarted by the cabinet. The tub seemed to be out dated as well, I think a shower stall would have been an outstanding touch.
