Liked: Super comfy bed. Nice hotel; bar was great on top floor.
Disliked: Location seems a bit sketchy if you turn the wrong corner. Other than that, nice hotel. They said there were Olu snacks available at the bar when in fact you could get burgers and nachos. Just need to change their language on that. Didn't have time to eat though before our show so can't speak to the food.

Liked: Beautiful facility. Lovely afternoon wine and snacks.
Disliked: Free WiFi didn’t work. Room thermostat didn’t work and although we set it to air conditioning and 66 degrees the room heated up to 80 degrees overnight. NO COFFEE. Are you kidding? Not in the room. Not in the lobby. Had to wait for a cafe in the hotel to open at 6am. Valet ticket phone number goes to a general hotel number. Had to navigate a VRU to get to an operator and then waited on hold for several minutes before I could request my car.

Disliked: The price for the hotel was not worth the amenities. It's like a 2-star hotel in a 4-star building. Customer Service could be better first night ask for extra towels neve came. The second night asked for an extra pillow and also never showed up.
