Liked: Super comfy bed. Nice hotel; bar was great on top floor.
Disliked: Location seems a bit sketchy if you turn the wrong corner. Other than that, nice hotel. They said there were Olu snacks available at the bar when in fact you could get burgers and nachos. Just need to change their language on that. Didn't have time to eat though before our show so can't speak to the food.

Excellent location, staff and facilities

Liked: Location is excellent if you want to walk around Yale university and see the beautiful parts of New Haven. The room was large and comfortable and the view from the 19th floor was spectacular!
Disliked: The room wasn't sound proof and there was a nigh club nearby

Liked: Hotel and property was beautiful just went during a bad time. I guess it was crazy busy outside people running in the hall slamming doors didn’t get much sleep.

Disliked: Room was showing its age; this hotel definitely needs to be refreshed.

Liked: Room was clean and clean comfortable and everything worked. View was great.
Disliked: Everything is an extra charge. Parking is 23 dollars/day. Breakfast isnt included. They actually charged my card instead of putting a hold.
