Sheets had to be changed when we arrived but was quick. Expensive.
Liked: Beautiful. 4 restaurants and shopping in downstairs.
Disliked: Expensive. Had to pay for WiFi. Had to wait to check in.

We had a great stay...
Liked: The hotel was in a great central location. The amenities were great, and the staff were helpful and very friendly.
Disliked: The room cleaning system could have been better. They didn't get around to cleaning our room at all.

Liked: Rooftop heated pool and hot tub
Disliked: Would be nice to have some basic room service food. I understand its from the nice restaurant but if we brought kids and wanted to stay in it would be nice to have “regular” food.

My arrival was an awful...
Liked: Location is very convenient
Disliked: We arrived at 10:00pm and even though I sent a message announcing I was arriving late. The Omni hotel decided to give my room to someone else and sent me to the hotel across, without any notification until I arrived. My Uber had left my friends an I at the front of the hotel and after expressing my discomfort of being left without a room at the Omni there was no one from the staff to help us out with the luggage and move us to the other hotel. Even though the Omni paid for the night at the other hotel, it was really a pain after a long trip. We spent time arguing in regards to why they had overbooked our room and then we had to walk to the other hotel and the hotel we were sent to just had a queen size bed available for that night when we had booked a double because we were 3 guests in the room. We spent another hour in the hotel the Omni sent us to have someone help us get a double. I guess the Hotel tried to make it up to us but this is an experience I have never had before and I did not expect this to happen at our stay at the Omni. Our experience with the Omni hotel was unprofessional, the Omni hotel took the liberty to decide to move us to another hotel, without any prior notification. If I would have been notified earlier, I would have booked another hotel. I was told that the hotel was overbooked at my arrival, it was late at night and I had no option but to stay. Plus the staff that was working at that time at night had very unprofessional attitude with their response being “ that’s the only thing we can do”.
