Sheets had to be changed when we arrived but was quick. Expensive.

Liked: Beautiful. 4 restaurants and shopping in downstairs.
Disliked: Expensive. Had to pay for WiFi. Had to wait to check in.

Liked: I stayed in Room 535 for the Aspire conference, from the moment I came in with the Valets to the front desk staff everyone was super helpful and knowledgeable. I especially want to highlight the Valet staff day and night through the day they help take thing to my vehicle during the conference and bring things for me. you cant teach the service the provided.

A beautiful hotel with a...

Liked: The location is perfect - you're right in the action downtown and can get to most places very easily. The whole team there are so friendly - my partner and I got engaged while we were in Nashville and the team went above and beyond for us to make it special. The room and the view was really wonderful as well with very comfy beds to crash out in after a long day out in the Honky Tonks! Beautiful hotel.
