Just Spectacular!

Liked: The hotel tour with Ed was fantastic. A wonderful history lesson full of interesting stories and colorful characters. Make sure you allow enough time, our tour was almost 2 hours and totally worth it!All staff at the hotel were exceptional. Loved chatting with the international students. Service was great, people very friendly and helpful. The shuttle to/ from the ski trails and Fabian's station was so convenient! The drivers were super helpful with information and suggestions. The food was great! The morning Acai bowl was so good! Fabian's station food was great, too! The junior breakfast very high quality and so much food for a great price!But most of all... we loved the views and the amazing hotel. We loved everything about our trip and we will be back!

Liked: the hotel itself was beautiful with a lot of history. Staff engaging. Food was pricey but good. Great cocktails!
Disliked: Room awkward. Broken lamp on table. Had to ask twice to replace it. Feces stain on duvet cover. No housekeeping at all after one phone call and 4 visits to front desk, last one at 8:15 PM. We left a day early.
