Liked: the location is excellent. The staff was kind and very helpful - very prompt when we needed another towel. very accommodating when we told them the room was way too hot.
Disliked: the bathroom tiles in the original room were fine, but the bathroom tiles in our 2nd room (1506) was a little uncomfortable. Felt like there were sharp objects on the floor. We used the rug to cover up the spots. We kept finding ash like things on the floor in the bathroom. A bottle of cleaning disinfectant was left in the bathroom.

Liked: Excellent staff and location to Rue St Catherine and Mont Royal. Rooms were spacious, clean and housekeeping every day with fresh towels (always nice)

Liked: I loved the room. We booked a "super suite" which was 3 rooms combined. Gave us lots of rooms. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. And you can't beat the location!
Disliked: Wifi wasn't a secure connection and it didn't work. My daughter was prompted to enter a name, but I wasn't. But, that was just a small thing compared to all the other positives.
