Liked: We liked everything about the hotelThe minute you walk in there's a pleasant smell, all the staff was very helpful, the room was always clean, there's citrus water in the lobby and location was perfect. Our room had a view of the city, the bed was ample and the room was also big.

Exceptional

Liked: LOCATION, location, location. This was perfect in a nice walkable part of downtown Montreal. The beds where so comfortable that it made it difficult to get out of bed and explore. The hotel restaurant had impeccable breakfast.

Superb

Liked: Really friendly staff, clean room and lightning fast service. Spacious and very clean room. Blackout curtains did a fantastic job to beat jet lag. Heating worked very well and the room was quite warm. Really comfortable bed and pillows. Very spacious bathroom provided comfort and privacy.
Disliked: Did not find any slippers in the room, but asked reception for two pairs and they were delivered within minutes. Disappointed that the outdoor pool no longer works - would have been fantastic to use it.

Liked: The hotel is very nice
Disliked: The windowless restaurant where breakfast was served had a dreary atmosphere, and the food quality was merely average. The bathtub had poor drainage, with water pooling rather than flowing freely. The iron table's surface was not level making ironing a chore. The Table needed replacement. The oversized pillow was uncomfortably thick, making it difficult to sleep.
