In general I liked my stay at this Omni and plan to return.

Liked: Cleanliness; staff friendliness; bar.
Disliked: Cost of parking car.

We decided to upgrade to the Club floors and it was well worth it. They offered free wine etc. and appetizers every night and a nice breakfast in the morning. Sunday, the hostess at the Club in the evenings made dinner reservations for us and had the bakery send me a birthday treat.

Liked: Location and room comfort; friendliness of staff.
Disliked: Price of parking; TV reception in Club Lounge.

Disliked: Everything because we couldnt even stay. The guy Roberto at the reception was so rude and he stated that they didnt have system, even though I showed him the reservation.

Liked: More suitable for business than tourists
Disliked: The breakfast on offer was poor

Liked: We had a very nice stay at the Omni. The hotel itself is very nice, spacious bathroom, great location. My sister and I were seeing a show at the Ahmanson Theater and the hotel even had a complimentary car service that could take us to the theatre. The staff was super kind and accommodating the whole stay. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was great and not overly priced.
Disliked: Valet parking is $65 and there is no self parking area.

Liked: Very clean rooms so comfy bed , nice location and friendly staff . I would stay there again if i come La . Our room view was so nice Hotel is in front of broad museum . downstairs coffee shops and market available.
