In general I liked my stay at this Omni and plan to return.

Liked: Cleanliness; staff friendliness; bar.
Disliked: Cost of parking car.

We decided to upgrade to the Club floors and it was well worth it. They offered free wine etc. and appetizers every night and a nice breakfast in the morning. Sunday, the hostess at the Club in the evenings made dinner reservations for us and had the bakery send me a birthday treat.

Liked: Location and room comfort; friendliness of staff.
Disliked: Price of parking; TV reception in Club Lounge.

NWould look for a better...

Liked: It is a property that has lost its luster. It was difficult to find an outlet to charge electrical devices as almost all of them were loose and the chargers fell out. The bed was uncomfortable. The front desk told me in two years the property would be renovated so they must be waiting to fix certain things.

Liked: Was a great welcome to the US. The staff are extremely helpful and were able to help us with all our queries. Breakfast is great - Aurelio helped us with our dietary requirements at the restaurant. Was truly a pleasure staying here and looking forward to visiting again!
