In general I liked my stay at this Omni and plan to return.

Liked: Cleanliness; staff friendliness; bar.
Disliked: Cost of parking car.

We decided to upgrade to the Club floors and it was well worth it. They offered free wine etc. and appetizers every night and a nice breakfast in the morning. Sunday, the hostess at the Club in the evenings made dinner reservations for us and had the bakery send me a birthday treat.

Liked: Location and room comfort; friendliness of staff.
Disliked: Price of parking; TV reception in Club Lounge.

Disliked: Card got skimmed and 60 charges for sports betting!!!! Only used the credit card at this place. AND 65$ night parking!!!! PLUS they double charged me for the night!

Great trip!

Liked: Very close to a lot of local attractions! Angel’s Flight, grand central market, and MOCA were within walking distance after walking through the hotel.
Disliked: Small issues that were resolved by the hotel staff. Big shoutout to salam for his help

Excellent place to stay while...

Liked: Amazing, friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful facilities and artwork, beds were comfy, quiet room, close to everything, excellent restaurant and bar
Disliked: Valet parking, vending machines would have been nice, more towels in the room
