For what we paid and...

Liked: The grounds were beautiful and lush!
Disliked: The junior suite building was very old, outdated, industrial trash bins were visible, no elevator

Great value for a family...

Liked: Beautiful clean grounds. Well laid out pools for Children.
Disliked: Food choices were limited in Market facility.

Good but not worth the...

Liked: I liked the decorations . It looks very pretty
Disliked: The room wasnt clean as it should be. One of a glass had lipstick marks on, toilet bowl had stains that was just disgusting. Trash was on the walk way to our roomThe staff at the front desk was not friendly at all. With the amount money we paid, i thought we deserved some like of good customer service. Staff at the front seems to be too busy for us to ask questions. Staff at the pools was super friendly though which made our stay better.

I am disappointed by such...

Liked: Ambiance
Disliked: I was awoken to two cockroaches on the bed sheet and pillow. So I decided to just get up and leave in the middle of the night. Front desk did not accommodate my stay.

Had a very enjoyable, relaxing...

Liked: Would like to see more choices on the menus for breakfast, as well as dinner.Loved the lunch at the spa cafeEnjoyed the garden pools. They were very clean and the water was warm!Loved our massages at the spa.
Disliked: Breakfast from room service... it was not warm enough.
