Great location. Mall was around...

Liked: Room service was so good! Room was clean!
Disliked: They’re remodeling the front of the building. They hung curtains to hide the mess. Also the rooms could use more lighting. Honestly the remodeling didn’t bother us. But if I had to say something bad that was it.

Resort like feel North of...

Liked: Spacious rooms and hotel grounds. We really liked the room decor and layout, especially the little booth and table. We enjoyed the pools and hot tub each day of our stay. They were heated well enough to swim for an hour even with chilly, high winds.
Disliked: There was some construction during our stay.

It was a terribly uncomfortable...

Liked: Location was close to Boulder for parents weekend.
Disliked: There is NO insulation in the walls here. We were put in a room close to the elevators (518) and heard the elevators going up and down all night. After a bad night of sleep, I was woken up by our neighbor violently throwing up, which sounded like they were in our room! Would not stay at this Omni again.

Nice stay with awesome pools!

Liked: Pools are awesome! Our room was clean and updated with modern decor. Staff were very friendly and willing to correct anything not right.
Disliked: Would have liked more transparency on the one restaurant being under construction as well as the pool bar being closed for season. Was just a little disappointed but didn’t ruin our stay.

Liked: The staff was excellent, very well behaved and the best part was their parking was free and very easy to get to the parking lot.
Disliked: Two things I did not like. The first one is the location, it was too far from the attractions and also from the downtown. Next one was the in-room electric ports to connect laptop or charging cables.

Confusing check-in check-out, but a...

Liked: Room was comfortable with a nice view.
Disliked: The check-in check-out process sucked. My room wasn’t ready, and the front desk told me it would be ready soon and that they would text me. I had a meeting so I left, and they never texted me that it was ready, and when I returned several hours later I still had to wait for the front desk to get me a key. Aspects of the checkout process were different for each one of my co-workers. Some were charged with booking card, some on the incidentals card. We were all charged a destination fee on the incidentals card instead of the booking card. We all got slightly different statements, which further confused the situation. Over all a very disjointed and confusing experience.
