Beautiful hotel and very accommodating...

Liked: The hotel exceeded our expectations. We were looking for a relaxing stay for our anniversary. The front desk was extremely helpful and very accommodating. We loved all amenities on property, evening drinks and food at the whiskey lounge, the black swan nightclub and breakfast at the cafe. Our favorite was a pool day on the beautiful grounds that also had a convenient pool bar. Our weekend stay was just what we needed, thank you!

Liked: Everything was perfect! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. Samir at the front door was charming and assisted us with our outdoor and dinner plans. The gym is outstanding, as is the pool area. Without a doubt, we will choose this hotel again on our next visit to Houston.

Liked: Loi with the valet parking staff always provides amazing service. He is very professional and keenly remembers repeat customers which is impressive. Also, the front desk night staff are very accommodating and go above and beyond for their customers.

Disliked: for the price you pay for this hotel, the towels were so rough, my towels at home are more plush! the mattress was very uncomfortable. i thought i was at a 2 star hotel.
