It is an extremely nice hotel; great amenities. Great views of downtown Dallas and convenient to concert location. The bed was comfortable and bathrooms nice and big. The hotel has 3 restaurants, but I only went to the sport bar and grill that has 100s of TVs, great prices, and good food. Great overall experience.

Liked: The food that we could get was very good; beds were very nice; room was great after we figured out to use the green switch.
Disliked: No soda machines; places to eat shut down too early.

Booked hotel for my son to attend Linkin Park Concert. Was very impressed with ease of checking in and also extending our stay. Hotel was quite impressive and quality matched some mid eastern 5* hotels I have stayed in.

Liked: Everything else.
Disliked: Pricey.

Disliked: My salmon had bones in it and I had severe dietary issues. they still charged me when I pointed it out. I was shocked. it was the onsite restaurant

Great hotel with good location

Liked: Great hotel with great location. Went there during Christmas time. They had an ice skating rink during the holiday right below the hotel. They also offered great holiday music and hot chocolate in the lobby. Self parking available other than valet.Amazing breakfast buffet.
Disliked: Dinner options in and around the hotel are not the best. But decent other walkable options.

Disliked: Wake up calls and knocks you n our door before 6am, that we did not request or need. A short in the wiring kept turning our lamp on every 1.5 hours through the night.

Liked: The views, the gym was excellent, the location was central to all the fun activities in Dallas downtown
Disliked: The pool/hot tub closes at 10. 24/7 access for guests would be awesome. Nothing better than overlooking the city in a hot tub after a long night of exploring Deep Ellum

Disliked: Some bars in bathtub would be very helpful.

Disliked: We were there for the Marathon. Everyone had bragged about the breakfast buffet. Even if it's a Monday, you should have the buffet. The top 2 reasons we were there, Marathon and Buffet. We got no buffet. For those prices, I expected more.
