Beautiful friendly hotel uncomfortable beds

Liked: The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff was amazing and so friendly. The location was perfect. The bed was the only thing we didn’t like. Having to share the room with my 3 kids and husband ment sharing a very small and uncomfortable bed. It was a terrible night sleep.

Disliked: The heating was not working.The bathtub was clogged.It was too loud from traffic of Michigan Ave.The breakfast offer was deceiving.

Liked: I liked the workers who you see first when you come to the hotel (not the receptionists)
Disliked: They took more than I was suppose to pay, they said it shall get back to your card but it did not. Also no parking is available at the property
