It was New Year's Eve. We let the Valet park our large, awkward Dually pick up truck for us and were greeted warmly by front desk staff. Our room was pleasant and clean. It had a mini fridge and comfortable bed with nice linens and a comforter, with a view of the indoor atrium area. The atmosphere was festive. The walk to our concert was too short (!) (less than 5 minutes to the Jefferson Theatre, an awesome concert venue for an unforgettable Jason Isbell concert - check him out!), because we were enjoying the lovely Pedestrian Mall shops and holiday atmosphere. A restful night. Friendly valet brought our truck around promptly, and we were on our way home. Excellent hotel, had a great time!

Liked: Clean, comfortable, modern room. Great location - walking distance to Amtrak - at the end of the pedestrian mall. Reasonably priced meals in the restaurant.

Liked: Pretty hotel within walking distance to restaurants. Comfortable beds. If visiting the university you’ll need a car or ride share as it’s not within walking distance. Our room was next to a wedding party so it was extremely loud in the middle of the night and early morning with people coming and going/loudly shutting doors. Did not get much sleep. Could not move rooms because a team was staying on another floor and there was a finance conference. If you’re looking for something closer to the university with less large group bookings stay elsewhere. Manager was rude and short tempered.
