It was New Year's Eve. We let the Valet park our large, awkward Dually pick up truck for us and were greeted warmly by front desk staff. Our room was pleasant and clean. It had a mini fridge and comfortable bed with nice linens and a comforter, with a view of the indoor atrium area. The atmosphere was festive. The walk to our concert was too short (!) (less than 5 minutes to the Jefferson Theatre, an awesome concert venue for an unforgettable Jason Isbell concert - check him out!), because we were enjoying the lovely Pedestrian Mall shops and holiday atmosphere. A restful night. Friendly valet brought our truck around promptly, and we were on our way home. Excellent hotel, had a great time!

Liked: Love the location. The lobby is very attractive and nice that it has a bar. Nice seating outside for when it's warmer.
Disliked: Was not told about the pet fee up front. Did not see it when I booked on line and was not told about it when I checked in. Management was very understanding though and waived the fee this time. Thank you.

Liked: This hotel was one of the most beautiful in which we have stayed in a downtown setting. We were excited to get back to the hotel just to soak up some of the beauty and comfort.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn't love about the hotel.
