The Omni is a very nice hotel to stay at. Very polite and accommodating staff. Will stay here again next trip to Charlotte.

Liked: The view of the city and access to surroundings.
Disliked: Renovations and small bathrooms.

Hotel needs to disclose that they are located so close to night clubs; not a good choice for older travelers or families with small children. The night clubs make the room pound from the bass of the music.

Liked: Location and nice staff.
Disliked: Proximity to local night clubs made it quite loud.

I enjoyed my stay; clean room; comfy bed; delicious food and most importantly, excellent service!

Liked: Great location; close to Spectrum Center. Nice food at the restaurant. Room was clean.
Disliked: Parking - the sign said 22 dollars per day, but I was charged 44 dollars for 1 night!

When we arrived I left an item in my car. Valet didn't want to go get it and I never was able to get them to get it. I went to try and get the item. My car was 4 blocks away. The next day I called four minutes before I left and they didn't have my car there. I had to sit in the lobby for 15 more minutes because they never went to get it.

Disliked: Valet wasn't good.

The team at the Omni were also very helpful when asking for places to go, eat, drink, etc.

Liked: Great hotel; very polite and professional employees.
Disliked: Nothing bad to say.
