Stressful
Liked: The facility was very nice and luxurious, with multiple different restaurants in the hotel, and a rooftop year-round heated pool, and jacuzzi were amazing!
Disliked: I did not like the customer service; it was very much an attitude of "I'm just here to get paid." Upon check-in, the receptionist did not tell us there was a $150 room hold on our card, nor did they tell us that Booking had not yet released payment for my second night, so the hotel charged me for an additional night even though I had already paid. Currently going through a dispute to try and receive that double charge back. The attendants also did not tell us how to park, which caused us to be charged $80 for one-night parking. The staff was not friendly or informative of how their hotel works. You also get a complimentary drink, robe, and slippers, which they do not tell you; that is something you need to know and ask for. While trying to work out the issue of being double charged, the individual kept repeating the same line and would not direct me on how to obtain a return for a wrongful charge. It was a very stressful stay, and I was disappointed in this hotel.
