Disliked: Upon arrival, front desk lady was rude. The communication between staff was horrible they walked in my friend room while she was getting out the shower when someone else had been there prior to fix her curtains with the same excuse. After that incident they gave my friend $75 a discount and was told they would apply a discount on my reservation. I mentioned it upon arrival that they would leave a note on my reservation the front desk lady didn’t even bother to confirm with the manager she just said no we don’t give discounts with attitude and rude facial expressions. Once we checked in to our room there was still a food container on the floor, the ice tongs were dirty with like chocolate and granola bar crumbs on one of the beds from the previous guest when we called back to complain and to speak with the manager they just told us that they didn’t apply me a discount bc they upgraded our room and that they would be sending us a wine bottle with a dessert never did they offer to change the sheets or pick up the trash. We thought that they would have taken care of the cleaning since we told them we wore leaving and that no one would be in the room. I was expecting better service for the amount of money we paid per night for the room to be at least clean. I felt like our concerns wore not met they just brushed them off with a wine bottle and chocolate cover strawberries I didn’t notice an upgrade since the room was exactly what I had booked. I won’t recommend anyone to stay here and I will never book with Omni my first and last experience ever.

Liked: Patron Tower Deluxe King room was very stylish, well-appointed, large, and oh-so-comfortable. I got a corner room with awesome views. What a treat. Wish I could have stayed a week.
Disliked: It was definitely expensive! But worth it.

Expensive. Great location for conference....

Liked: NO facilities close for service animals. I was forced to go outside and walk three blocks at 5am so my service animal could use the bathroom. Dangerous and staff were very uncaring about this. Won't be staying at OMNI again. Hotel cost over $3200 for four nights for this. Arrived to intrusively loud protesting, no room service, restaurants closed and restaurants always understaffed and overworked.
Disliked: See above re: service animals.

Liked: During the strike, they upgraded my husband and I’s room when I reached out to ask if they could just move us across the hotel in order to not hear it. We were staying for the weekend for our anniversary. So, it was really so nice of them.
