Have been there several times...

Liked: Had breakfast in the Crystal room both mornings. The food was very good, and the service was also very good

Lovely hotel in need of...

Liked: lovely exterior & antiques. Spa was small but adequate.
Disliked: Food was average/good, but overpriced. Lighting in room was terrible, and bathroom was very cold. Carpet in hallway was frayed/worn. Wifi was spotty. Felt overcrowded (kids running around everywhere), and could not relax, which was whole point of the stay

I wish I could afford...

Liked: It is beautiful. It reminds me of the titanic.
Disliked: It is way too expensive for an average person to come and enjoy the beauty. I wish it was more affordable. We may never go back simply because it was outrageously expensive for two nights.
