Liked: Room, lobby swimming pool all landscape around the property

Have been there several times...

Liked: Had breakfast in the Crystal room both mornings. The food was very good, and the service was also very good

Lovely hotel in need of...

Liked: lovely exterior & antiques. Spa was small but adequate.
Disliked: Food was average/good, but overpriced. Lighting in room was terrible, and bathroom was very cold. Carpet in hallway was frayed/worn. Wifi was spotty. Felt overcrowded (kids running around everywhere), and could not relax, which was whole point of the stay
