Excellent location, great experience, would...

Liked: We only ate breakfast once but it was delicious
Disliked: Based on the photos if the hotel we thought the rooms would be a lot bigger and the water when showering was more like warm than actually warm or hot.

An Amazinf Experience

Liked: Everything…..no complaints I will alway book this hotel when I come to PR. They made me feel like Royalty. The rooms extremely amazing. You have to see for yourself.

Nice place with great view

Liked: Very nice room with ample balcony and beautiful view of Condado lagoon. The bed was incredibly comfortable. I had a hard time getting up, just didn't want to leave it.
Disliked: I did not get my room until 5:00pm, check in time is 4:00pm. I was worried because I had en event to attend at 7:00pm and was afraid I would have to rush to get there on time. They did make good and gave an extra hour to check out.
