Comfortable stay in central Condado.

Liked: Property was cozy, clean, comfortable and close to everything. We enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: I didn’t realize the property charged a resort fee. While a very nice place I don’t think this fee was justified when the amenities were basically only a small pool, jacuzzi and a dozen lounge chairs and rooftop tables without umbrellas.

Wonderful, fun, convenient

Liked: Everything except that the backlights of the LED mirror in the bathroom didn’t work , thus making it too dark & I wasn’t able to do my makeup for a night out in there from how dark it was.
Disliked: See above & the pool side service was very slow and almost non existent. I went to use the RR & I saw my server and that’s how I was able to order my second round. Before that, it took 45mins + to get a server for our first round.

Liked: We only ate breakfast once but it was delicious
Disliked: Based on the photos if the hotel we thought the rooms would be a lot bigger and the water when showering was more like warm than actually warm or hot.

An Amazinf Experience

Liked: Everything…..no complaints I will alway book this hotel when I come to PR. They made me feel like Royalty. The rooms extremely amazing. You have to see for yourself.
