Exceptional

Liked: We were 3 adults and upgraded the room for a suit that was very nice wite beautiful view and balcony. We really liked and enjoyed the area of the hotel. Also the service was very good, the crew from the reception were very nice always, and took care for everything we needed! The hotel gave us to make late check out even without any payment! Thank you Olivia Plaza hotel for everything!

Very comfortable and a great...

Liked: Room was clean, comfortable and good view of the plaza, staff was very helpful and concerned as to our walking at night, and very helpful getting a cab to leave the hotel along with helping with the luggage and explaining to the cab driver where we had to go and telling us how much it should cost. All in all a very good stay, we unfortunately did not have time to have breakfast but it certainly looked and smelled really good!

Great location, awesome staff, overall...

Liked: Very friendly staff, location very convenient located near everything within walking distance. They had a premier room available and they upgraded it complimentary.
Disliked: Although it was a great experience and loved everything. It’s just a suggestion that restrooms need better cleaning in the corners.
