Beds were very comfortable, friendly...

Liked: Lovely staff, hotel is very modern and very clean. Only thing I would critique is not having a mini fridge in room.
Disliked: Nothing. It was clean and felt very safe. All the staff were nothing but friendly.

Good for a short solo...

Liked: Conveniently located near Earl's Court Station, the hotel is good for a short solo stay. Great location with easy access to transport.
Disliked: The facilities were only superficially clean. It was very noisy due to thin walls—I could hear the alarm from the neighboring room every morning.

Liked: Location, cleanliness
Disliked: No window, no telephone, no mini fridge, room service didnt wash the cups or replenish tea and sugar and since there is no phone I had to go downstairs to ask for it.

Clean and unique room

Liked: Staff at the reception was friendly and professional. The room was small but clean, and featured quite unique interior which made my stay a little bit more fun. Reasonable price for London even considering it was in late January.
Disliked: The room wasn't really sound proof. Needed ear plugs as I could hear the people upstairs and the room next to me.
