Staff were lovely, rooms were...

Liked: It was close to the town centre and the staff were polite and friendly
Disliked: The room was not the room we thought we booked and certainly wasn’t deluxe. No kitchen appliances as stated. Carpet was filthy, and in need of replacing. Walls were dirty and everything was tired looking apart from the tv. Looked out to broken toilets and rubbish. We did however have clean bed sheets and think the staff are doing what they can to make the stay as nice as possible.

Liked: Nothings . Worst Hotel ever experienced in 50years of travelling.This so called Hotel needs removing from your listings
Disliked: Disgustingly filthy. Worn out bed. Damp smelling room x 3 after being moved twice from original room. Mould in fridge of room 3Black mould all over bathroom floor.Health hazard toilet brushMouldy taps and sinks Ripped spare quilt Dirty Air-con units

Liked: Nice big room (rehead suite) with comfy beds and parking space outside.
Disliked: Ceiling tiles missing from stairway up to the room. Some minor cleaning flaws.
