At least we can say...

Liked: Very attentive staff. Great management team! Thanks for everything you did for us. We appreciate you accepting our constructive criticism like champs.
Disliked: No functional elevator(was being fixed very early am) we were on third floor, really loud (undetermined source)noises in the middle of the night while we were sleeping and a leaking a/c. No hot water from shower panel.
