Big disappointment

Liked: There is nothing that I could say that was positive in this hotel.
Disliked: First of all it was dirty. The water drain was full of hair and grease and bacteria - noticed it because water was not draining from the bath tube. After asking to clean it - hair was removed manually and no detergent was used (to remove what was visible and in reach of the cleaning lady fingers). The upper shelves in wardrobe were full of dust. AC was old and incredibly loud. No chance to fix the temperature that you desire. There were also silverfish bugs that indicate wrong air circulation and dirt in the bathroom. Breakfast food was limited to minimum choice and low quality - some things were overcooked and some undercooked. This all happened while WebSummit so prices were 2,5x higher. Over 500EURO per night was ridiculous. In my opinion it was not worth even 100E.

We enjoyed our stay

Liked: It’s a nice hotel very close to Web Summits’ venue.The food in the restaurant is good. Breakfast is lovely and was just what I needed. The rooms are clean and big enough. It’s very close to the metro station too.
Disliked: They didn’t have an iron, but instead an ironing room next to the reception. I felt like that’s strange, although for some people might be something they prefer.

Disliked: I requested a low floor well in advance of visit & the response was hotel would do their best to accommodate. On arrival, told room on 6th floor, because twin room superior (as booked) all on 6th floor. If had known before would have changed to ordinary twin room. We accepted a twin room on 3rd floor, however prior knowledge would have saved money on the booking, as gave up coffee machine, robes etc to get lower floor. Breakfast - no plant based milk.
