Nice visit to Lisbon

Liked: A nice hotel close to El Corte Ingles and San Sebastio metro station, the room was a good size clean and comfortable the staff were friendly and it felt secure a couple of nice restaurants nearby and a lovely cafe a few doors along.
Disliked: The breakfast wasn't brilliant. The hot items were warm only. However, there were plenty of other things to choose from and it's a little way out of the centre but this is reflected in the price and the Metro was cheap and easy to use.

Disliked: Room is a bit dated needs maintenance, mini bar the drinks were stuck to the shelves needed cleaning

Nice hotel and great breakfast

Liked: Room was very comfortable and breakfast very good. Location was good for the purpose of our stay.
Disliked: Check in took a long time due to only one person initially on reception who was obviously trying to deal with an issue with a customers reservation. 2 other staff eventually turned up after 10 minute wait but there was no acknowledgment of our wait either by the initial staff member or the new staff.

Old outdated rooms...not worth the...

Liked: Location is good.Breakfast buffet spread is good...but very crowded
Disliked: Rooms are outdated with scratched metal furniture(closet/side tables)...bed is uncomfortable!Bathroom is congested and small....towels provided are like Sand paper and can rip your skin off!!
