For the price, I expected...

Liked: Great location. Friendly and helpful staffFantastic grounds. Clean and comfortable roomCharging station for my EV. Room was away from road and very quiet.
Disliked: A little awareness of the dining situation. The choice in the next restaurant was bad for vegetarians. Restaurants in the town close early. Luckily station house cafe called us in without reservations. For such a wonderful property,, they could have created a breakfast experience outdoors second to none. They visit the mountain lodge in Nepal to know what I mean.

We spent over $400 in...

Liked: The large window towards the garden.
Disliked: No bathtub, just a shower. Very disappointed. Room was clean but didn’t not reflect the ambiance shown in the pictures.

Liked: The location. Back yard is lovely.
Disliked: Miss the breakfast treats. Would be nice if they offered pastries, yogurt, in the morning.

We enjoyed our stay.

Liked: The room was very pleasant although it did not have a cupboard to hang clothing.We loved the gardens.
