I had a lovely night's stay - the staff were so welcoming and helpful. The room was cosy and the breakfast beautifully cooked.

I visit Bath a lot,...

Liked: A beautiful grand Guesthouse. A lovely warm welcome and clear information given on arrival. My room was so cosy and spotlessly clean. Really good shower.

Superb

Liked: A very friendly, funny and quirky welcome by Casey who got everybody parked up and did a mass welcome when lots of people arrived at once. Bath is expensive and the price is fair within that bubble. We only had 24 hrs so really just came in to sleep there but the bar looked nice and breakfast was good. The room was clean and comfy and the bathroom was lovely.
Disliked: It was odd to have to pay to park at such a small venue and we couldn't get the tv remote to work the volume. There's no milk in the room for tea or coffee.
