Liked: The staff was awesome, as was the location! Also, the happy hour was a lovely way to meet fellow travelers!!
Disliked: Having items in the kitchen, such as silverware, plates, etc

Excellent hotel in a perfect...

Liked: The location of the hotel was excellent, right on the river & close to everything . . . AND it had VERY convenient parking, which was right behind the building!! The room was VERY clean & spacious with a sitting area & a small kitchen!! In addition, the hotel staff was very friendly & helpful!! LOVED this hotel . . . we will be back!!!
Disliked: NOTHING! We really enjoyed our stay here!!!

Great historic inn in a...

Liked: Everything about the property was fantastic except for the awful smell of the room. It made me so disappointed because I liked literally everything else. The bed was super comfy, the room was very clean, and the inn is in a great location. But, something needs to be done about the overwhelming paint smell in the room.
Disliked: I would’ve given this place 10 stars if not for the awful, overwhelming paint smell that hits your nose as soon as you walk in the door. The rooms need to seriously be ventilated. We had to turn the A/C all the way down just to get some air moving through the room. Since the windows can’t be opened, there was no way to get rid of the smell. It was so strong, it gave me a migraine the whole time we stayed there. I could only be in the room long enough to sleep and then I had to get out and get fresh air. Please ventilate the rooms thoroughly.

Beautiful historic building perfectly located...

Liked: Great location, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The furniture was very worn, creaking loudly like it was breaking whenever sitting on it. They advertised ice cream, we were hoping for something local or special, they just give you two vanilla Klondike bars.
