Extremely friendly staff & spotlessly...

Liked: Staff were polite, friendly, helpful & professional.Bedrooms & communal areas were Spotlessly clean. Location was perfect
Disliked: Decor is a bit tired & the mattress was quite soft.

Liked: Convenient. Has character.
Disliked: Room a bit too hot during night. No ac and no ability to open window (understandably)

Amazing hotel and staff

Liked: The beds were incredible, so comfy I didn't want to get up in the morning.Breakfast was amazing too.Receptionist Lewis was very accommodating given I forgot my card to pay deposit but he was willing to let me pay cash which we received back upon departure. Very grateful for that.
Disliked: I liked everything
