Liked: Nice place to stay for a night or two. Quiet area.When I went it was freezing and the heating wasn't working, but upon calling reception they were kind enough to bring me a space heater until it started working again.

Liked: The bed was pretty comfortable
Disliked: No heating. Was cold.No hairdryer in room. Had to go to sister hotel to collect one. Old open packet of biscuits left in drawer. Grubby.No light bulb in hallway to ensuite bathroom. Heated towel rail not on.No mirror in bedroom or bathroom. Just one in hallway leading to ensuite and back exit. Couldn't use though, as no lightbulb so in virtual darkness.No bedside lamp, just the very bright ceiling light above the bed with switch by the entry door. Not great when plunged into darkness in strange surroundings. Also tv, barely worked. Very poor signal due to analogue aerial. Finally, yo getvyo the ensuite I had to open a very heavy fire door which was a struggle.I've stayed in budget hotels before but never experienced anything quite like this. Emailed the hotel and via booking.com but received no comment back. Not compliant to what was advertised, looking to receive some reimbursement. Disappointing.
