Not good value for money...
Liked: Location was excellent, central to everything. Breakfast - a good choice

Disappointing
Liked: Great location for exploring Stockholm.
Disliked: Very small room and bed is too small for 2 people. Bathroom had nowhere to store anything and would flood from the shower.

Liked: Location good. Decent breakfast. Good hot water and water pressure.
Disliked: Room is tiny. Not really enough room for two people if they bring large suitcases. WiFi is spotty. Very noisy - could hear noise from inside and outside the hotel. Had issues contacting staff. Hardly anyone is at reception, and they do not respond to doorbell. You have to call them and even then it takes awhile to answer. Not very convenient.

It started great but ended...
Liked: I just liked the location and nothing else
Disliked: We found our bags in the luggage room in the the third day of our four days vacation. They were thinking that we were some other people who should have checked out that day. Those guys learned who we are on the day that they collected our personal belongings without informing us and this is because they do not control any customer’s passport or ID before they check in. When we showed our booking reservation, they finally unerstood they did something wrong but they were not even sorry after all. The so called supervisor guy said us “this can happen all the time, this is normal”. We checked out the day after and we still do not know if all our personal belongings are collected completely by them. We want you to investigate this hotel under your company principles and customer privacy terms.
