Liked: Super friendly staff! Fantastic location right off Duval. The room was beautiful, needs a few fixes but didn't burden the stay.

We would stay there again....

Liked: Absolutely beautiful. Staff were wonderful. Great breakfast. Room was small but wonderful charming historical house.
Disliked: Our chargers fell out of plugs. No parking on sight. A bit far.

The best experience ever!

Liked: This hotel is amazing, the staff, the food and the location is excellent! It's practically behind Duval Street and you have everything very close. The lady in charge of breakfast was very friendly, the front desk and also all the staff very friendly. I would really stay here again!

Pretty from a distance just...

Liked: Breakfast was great, lots of options and set up to easily accommodate a number of guest at once. The outdoor seating area was really nice and peaceful. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Our room was right inside the front door on the first floor, traffic and people can be heard at all hours. The room did have a moldy smell to it and as previous reviews say, you can not open the windows easily. The house is very old and the windows are either stuck or covered by shutters and not easily accessed. This could easily be solved by using a dehumidifier and removing the rug in the room. Future guests would be much happier if effort was given to these issues.

Liked: House was very clean, comfortable and welcoming. Breakfast was hearty and delicious.

Super location in central Key...

Liked: Super centrally located in the heart of Key West. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice private small hotel.
Disliked: Pricey. Parking is extra and not on site. Bathroom floor.

Superb

Liked: Just next to Duval street. Nice and clean room. Comfortable room, and nice balcony.
Disliked: No private parking. Breakfast was good, more vegetables would be great.
