Excellent value for money

Liked: We were pleasantly surprised. The hotel doesn't look luxurious in the photos, but it has charm and we really liked it compared to network hotels that all look similar to each other. Great location close to a tram stop and for Berlin it's like living in the city centre. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and tasty. The room exceeded expectations. We were hoping for a regular room for two persons, but were accommodated in a loft studio - it was great! The studio was cosy and clean. In addition, there was a kitchen in the studio and everything you need down to the smallest detail for a comfortable stay.
Disliked: As the room was unoccupied before we arrived, it was a little cold on the first night but then it warmed up quickly.

Liked: The staff was very kind and the furniture was beautiful.
Disliked: There wasn't fridge in the room and the room was very cold when we entered and needed a lot of time to warm it up.

Liked: This place has a spirit of Berlin, for sure. Simple, but cosy and warm room (I was in the hotel in winter), nice bed.
Disliked: The noise of the fans in the bathroom is quite loud.
