Good stay, nice hotel just...

Liked: Clean
Disliked: Some of the fixtures in the room were loose. The door handle in the toilet, the hook for towels - one was even missing.

Superb

Very good

Liked: Nice large rooms and very large bed. Very clean
Disliked: No drinking water in the the room. Extras like shower cap, shoe shiners etc

Pleasant

Liked: Familiar have been many times and married here 10 years ago
Disliked: Very dated and you can see lots of cuts made in the details. No flannels, paying £10 to hire a dressing gown even though we had treatments. The kings restaurant was closed the night we were there. This wasn’t advertised before our stay as I checked opening ours of the restaurants the day before. This meant we had to eat in the sports bar which was much more casual with a limited menu

Liked: Friendly staff. Excellent family room Althea shame you had to walk outside in the rain to reach it. Food was outstanding and everything was very clean.
Disliked: We had to wait for a long time to use the pool and spa as it was so busy and the staff had no system for seeing who was next in the queue. It could have been easily resolved. We did manage to get a bit of time in there before we had to get ready for dinner but as you can’t check in until later on it wasn’t long. Disappointing.

Beautiful place to visit just...

Liked: Hired one of the apartments which are stunning very nicely set out beautiful look over the golf course large spacious apartment.
Disliked: When we stayed at the facilities there was two weddings taking place that day therefore we could not use the main areas of the hotel when we went to the spa only three of us could go in as there was not enough room for four guests meaning one of us had to wait. The hotel seemed overly busy because of the weddings meaning all other guest were trying to use the spa as you couldn’t use anything else in the hotel. The only bar open was the sports bar which isn’t the best so we spend the evening in our apartment for my friends 40th birthday.
