It was ok.

Liked: Facilities like food and pool were great
Disliked: Room was too hot, dirty bedding, mould in shower, no air con in room and fan provided was faulty, rooms don’t match rest of the decor in the hotel- we’re a little dated, no fridge in room. Don’t feel room was value for money

Lovely relaxing stay

Liked: Room was large and spacious. Shame one of the hot tubs wasn't working. Everything else lovely
Disliked: Hot tub not working

Overall, excellent, staff were wonderful,...

Liked: The glamping pod was really comfortable - it was cold during the night but the bed was wonderful and kept me really warm. The pod itself was so clean and really pretty and i felt really safe considering I was travelling alone.
Disliked: The layout of the pod was a little odd, The mirror was really short and the table was in front of it, plus the lighting was all at the back, whilst cosy, it wasn't great to get ready for the day. Had to head to the bathroom for the best light.

Brilliant hotel and would definitely...

Liked: Fantastic sized room for 3 of us. Loved the friendliness of the staff and plenty of room in the dining areas and bar.
Disliked: There was nothing to dislike about the hotel

First thing in morning worked...

Liked: Stayed in the eco pod which is great idea.
Disliked: The was not very clean inside. Webs everywhere and the entrance and the table and chairs was covered in bird droppings and not cleaned at all which was disappointing. Couldn’t sit outside and going in and out was unclean.
