Liked: Apartments were amazing, lovely view of golf course and really big and comfortable
Disliked: The spa is very dated and 4 different things are the spa were broken with both hot tubs not even luke warm. The spa was very disappointing

Disliked: Too busy, couldn’t use the health club which is why we booked a spa treatment and to use the facilities. Bed was rock solid and like sleeping on concrete

Liked: Location really suits us. The facilities are good. Staff really are an asset, very professional, always super polite & friendly. On this visit Pearl was especially helpful, when we visited in December I left a blouse in the wardrobe, Pearl tracked it down, telephoned me to say she had found it and as promised had it ready for me to collect on this visit!
Disliked: We have stayed here several times since Sept, in previous reviews I have suggested mugs rather than cups in rooms and slippers would be nice, I look forward to being pleasantly surprised on a future visit! I have never had reason to give negative comments but on this occasion we found plug debris in the bath & my Husband was disappointed there was not any additional pillows in the room, also we had to wait in line for a table at breakfast, a little frustrating as we were pushed for time, all minor issues that will not put us off visiting again.

Liked: The resort is lovely big and has lots of things to do.
Disliked: The wellness area needs a bit of maintenance as things are not working and some areas of grouting look like they need a deep clean as well as some areas of rust need treatment.
