Would come again, yummy breakfast...
Liked: This is exactly what it says it is on the website. Gorgeous grounds, not too far from city IF you have a car but so lovely and quiet. Twin beds could be improved, ok but not super comfortable and warning, no TVs which is what we wanted but might not be for everyone

Excellent choice for a home away from home!
Liked: It's on a dead-end road with a nice open area behind the property which was great for our two Labs. It was also a great place for sunset photos! It was just a pleasant area all around. I had spoken to Sara on the phone prior to our arrival and she met us when we got there. She was just as friendly in person as she was on the phone. We met Bob later on and he was just as gracious a host throughout our entire stay. A tasty breakfast was served every morning. The common room has books & games. There are several inviting common areas outside as well. They were understanding when our 10yo yellow Lab Piggy got sick in the bed (ugh). I tried to rinse out the bed cover; I managed to make it worse and created even more laundry for them (double ugh). They were easy to reach when we needed extra towels and prompt with their delivery. The room itself was clean, well-kept and quiet. The water and room temperatures were easy to regulate (this mattered A LOT after the night we'd just spent elsewhere). We 100% recommend staying here!
Disliked: We had high hopes and lowered expectations after a negative experience at a different place in El Prado the night before so we were very pleasantly surprised to find this one was way beyond better. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would go back. There was one thing we didn't realize: no TV in our room. It may state that on the website, but we were without hot water & therefore no showers after a long day of skiing. We were searching for new vacation lodging around midnight that same night so TV was not a priority so I didn't even notice whether or not that's included in the amenities possibly in another room or suite when I booked it. We played Pandora music and survived, but if you MUST have TV, make sure your room has one. There is a little library available in the common room and I believe I spotted some games so there are alternatives to TV. Therefore.... We really have no complaints. :-)
