Very unique building! Quiet. Good location. Overall, a good experience and would definitely return.

Great location - Walk everywhere!

Liked: Location was amazing. Short walk to the falls and Clifton Hill. The original section of the inn is lovely, lobby, restaurant is very nice. The bakery and market is quaint. Dinner was amazing and staff in both restaurant and bar were exceptional. Cute winter village in courtyard and bar areas. Hotel was decorated to the nines for the holidays. Very festive!
Disliked: The section of the hotel we stayed in was clean but kind of run down, could use updating. The old section of the inn and restaurant is very romantic. Unfortunately, does not carry over to the rooms (rest of the hotel). Was disappointed seeing the room after the lobby, bar, restaurant and bakery.

Liked: Bartenders were awesome and the pool area was great
Disliked: The only thing I found was the surprise 35 dollar parking fee and slow check-in

We were disappointed.

Liked: Decor for Christmas was beautiful.
Disliked: Pool was extremely disappointing. Room was freezing cold and so was water. Kids were extremely upset to not get to swim. Room heater did not work. Could only decrease temperature and not increase. Did not get first floor or courtyard view as booking had stated.

Everything was a 10 out...

Liked: The cleanliness, the location and the staff awesome
Disliked: In our room 312 we did not have an outside view only looking at partial of the pool
