If i go to Oxford...
Liked: A superior hotel, all the staff were there to help at all times.Food was exceptional and overall it was just the attention to detail of looking after the customer that was a reminder of what good hotel service should be.
Disliked: The wi-fi was not the best in the world, slow if at all at times

Perfect in every way.
Liked: Amazing vibe in the restaurant/breakfast room. Location close to town but away from the hustle of the city. Lovely room. Church bells outside. Gorgeous patio for warmer months. Beautiful furnishings . All very tasteful.
Disliked: Nothing I didn’t like.

Most enjoyable.
Liked: Room was very nice and staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Thought meals were overpriced. Would not eat there in future as there are many more economic restaurants in Oxford with equal or better quality.

Underwhelmed - think the rooms...
Liked: Quite stylish common areas with lovely paintings and would be lovely in summer with the front garden terrace to eat in
Disliked: No decent bar and just very overpriced room for size and amenities. There wasn’t even a shower cap provided though tea and coffee were.

Liked: The staff were lovely and went above and beyond to make our stay a great one. The hotel is a perfect mix of old and quirky modern. Location is exceptional and parking!!!!

Beautiful and welcoming hotel in...
Liked: We try to come here each year for a pre-CHristmas treat and it never disappoints. The hotel is beautifully decorated, cosy and welcoming, the rooms are comfortable, breakfast delicious, and the highlight is a residents-only library where you can order coffee or drinks and browse the collection of books. Great location close to St Giles and Little Clarendon Street and a short walk into the centre
Disliked: Shame the real fire has had to be replaced with a (good) replica
