We had a nice time...

Liked: Lovely hotel with great coffee and cookies! Very comfortable and good location.

Excellent

Liked: The staff were exceptionally friendly & accommodating. The hotel offers complimentary coffee/tea & speciality coffee as well as fruit & cookies in the lobbies. The suite exceeded our expectations. It included all cleaning supplies, including those for laundry. The suite was spacious & well laid out. We didn't use the hot tub, but it looked great.

Disliked: The noise of the bridge at night was awful and when we took the luggage cart down after the late check out we were unable to return it. We had a late check out, so we called the front desk with the phone from the sister building and the staff told us to come get another key...not ideal when trying to head out

Liked: Being on the first floor with dogs, the complimentary nespresso machine and coffee, being close to the pool, the cleanliness, the friendly staff, the location! close to restaurants and breweries and situated right beside the courtenay Greenway, a beautiful place to walk the dogs
Disliked: No complaints !
